Appointments - Cancellation/Reschedule
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Our physicians want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for their appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen. There may be a fee of $25.00 assessed if we do not receive a call to cancel an appointment.

Thank you for being a valued patient and for your understanding and cooperation. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all patients.
Prescriptions & Refills
Our physicians only write and refill prescriptions for current patients. You MUST have been seen by one of our physicians within one (1) year and have an upcoming appointment scheduled to be eligible for a prescription refill. Please call our office at 412-766-3232 with any questions you may have regarding this policy.
